REST API for image store and manipulation• 2021

API Deployed to Heroku
Images as base64 are stored in a PostgreSQL Database.
Images can be uploaded / downloaded.
Images can have their attributes updated / replaced.
Images can be altered using one or more of the methods: Grayscale, Rotate, Distort, 3D Perspective.
A separate "Logs" database keeps track of the number of alterations to each image.
